Accreditation
ACCREDITATION AND REGISTRATION
All registration shall be online through the Online Portal; https://nam.go.ug/accreditation. If you don’t get a response within 24 hours, please call or Whatsapp : Mariam on +256 786 435 413 and Allen on +256 787 841 131
- Member States and invited Delegations are advised to submit full delegation lists, with a Diplomatic Note, to the Protocol Department, Ministry of Foreign Affairs (protocol@nam.go.ug), with a copy to the Permanent Mission of Uganda to the United Nations, New York (newyork@mofa.go.ug) as soon as possible clearly stating the role of each participant.
- Login credentials will be issued through the Protocol Department (protocol@nam.go.ug) to member states will issue login credentials to the delegations.
Media Accreditation
- All Freelance personnel and Independent Media Houses who are not part of the official delegation will apply by sending an email to accreditation@mediacentre.go.ug. If you do not receive a response within 24 hours, please call or Whatsapp Eropu Anthony on +256 776 610 499.
- All full list of all Media Equipment to be used within the Summit Venue shall be submitted in advance for Pre-Screening on accreditation@mediacentre.go.ug.
Accreditation Badges
- All Applications shall go through Security Screening and Vetting before Production of Accreditation Badges.
- All Applicants shall submit Valid Passport Bio-Data page.
- All Applicants shall submit valid Passport Size Photographs during the online registration process.
- Photographic Accreditation Badges will be issued to Delegations at Designated Centers on arrival.
- Accreditation Badges for Applicants that do not submit valid Passport Size Photos shall not be processed.
